NS Technical Analysis Data Upload
The error I reported on the 27th of April 2009 that was resolved promptly has reoccurred again. The previous day closing prices of equities had been uploaded instead of the opening price for the day, hence imparting on the data analysis. Extreme caution should be exercised until the problem is solved. Trust that the esteemed staff of NS will fix the problem pretty soon.

Unfortunately we have a problem in the data format from NSE. We will correct data for days affected as soon as this is resolved. Only the NS technical Analyst is impacted at this time. I sent an email last week to report a persistent problem with data upload which is consistent with the same problem I reported on the 27th of April 2009 that was resolved promptly. Since the 23rd of Sept 2009, the previous day closing prices of equities had been uploaded instead of the opening price for the day, hence imparting on the data analysis; this has serious implication on data analysis. Trust we can always count on the esteemed staff of NS tol fix the problem pretty soon.
